We are excited about offering you our 2022 Foreign Service Benefit Plan (FSBP) Rates, Benefits and Programs! Open Season is from November 08 to December 13, 2021 and FSBP is here to assist you in making the most informed decision about your health coverage.

Our 2022 bi-weekly enrollee premiums for Self Only (Code 401), Self and Family (Code 402) and Self Plus One (Code 403) increased by only 3.8% - once again keeping us extremely competitive, as you can see below.

Review our premiums relative to other high option plans in the FEHB Program.

Benefit Enhancements for 2022:doctor meeting

  • Added coverage for iatrogenic infertility for members facing infertility caused by chemotherapy, pelvic radiotherapy, other gonadotoxic therapies, or ovary or testicle removal for treatment of disease
  • Added coverage for specialized formulas for the treatment of Inborn Errors of Metabolism
  • Added behavioral health service for members living overseas through vHealth (Worldwide) telehealth
  • Enhanced the Simple Steps to Living Well Together program by adding more opportunities to earn wellness incentives
    • COVID-19 full vaccination - Earn $25
    • Colon Cancer screening - Earn $25
    • Track Physical Activity - Earn $25

Our New Program include:blood sample

  • Aetna's Lifestyle and Condition Coaching Program will replace our former Health Coaching Program

 

 

 


Important Things You Should Know: 

The Plan also: pharmacist with pregnant patient

  • Updated age recommendations for colorectal and prostate cancer screenings
  • Updated our list of services that require prior approval which include specialty drugs administered in a physician's office or outpatient setting
  • Updated our list of covered organ/tissue transplants
  • Changed the requirements for bariatric surgery 
  • Changed gender reassignment surgery to gender affirming surgery and also changed its coverage
